Mount Fishtail Adventure Pvt Ltd is a well known Government Register Trekking Company in Nepal. We are trust worthy and fully committed to give you the best service. We accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions.
While making your trip with us, we need a photocopy of your passport and 20% of the total amount, a non-refundable booking deposit is required for every trip booking per person. The rest of money can be paid up on arrival and full payment is required before departure the trip.
Payment in Nepal
For Credit Card payment, please contact us. We only accept Visa after arrival in Nepal, payments can be made either by credit card with a 4% extra bank charge, or by cash. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival to Nepal.
Note: Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit. Or else, you can pay us via Western Union Money Transfer or Money Gram also.
Cancellation Booking Charge
If our clients fail to make their trip or want to cancel, their program due to any unavoidable circumstances following charges will be made for the Trip Cancel
Less than 45 days in advance: 15%
Less than 30 days in advance: 25%
Less than 15 days in advance: 50%
Less than 10 days in advance: 70%
On or after the starting date: No refund will be made
The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control like weather hazards, landslide, political unrest, road blockage, avalanches, sudden sickness etc. The program can be customized as per the interest of the clients and if we cancel your trip due to unavoidable circumstances, we would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard.
Every family of Mount Fishtail Adventure Pvt Ltd Group is insured but who is co-operating within this agreement as well as every tourist who is travelling within this agreement needs to have all the necessary travel- and health insurance.
Our clients must have comprehensive travel insurance package. Their insurance must cover against medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, lost of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc.
