Points to consider

The mountain flight to and from Kathmandu-Lukla may delay depending on the weather conditions. It is very likely to delay the flights from one to two hours to next day. In case if you miss the scheduled flight due to the weather conditions, you will have to wait or you may pay $600 for emergency helicopter lift.

So, it would be better if you keep a few days more in reserve to cope with such condition.

Depending on the time and situation concerning your safety and security your team leader may change the itinerary item.

We are liable to rescue you by lifting you on the helicopter. We charge you extra $600 per person for such emergency lift. Mount Fishtail Adventure provides you the bill that covers the rescue expenses. Later you may present the bill to claim the amount at your insurance company.

As the trek is along the gentle path, a person with an average fitness can do this trek. You are likely to walk 5 to 6 hours a day. Besides that, you will require getting medical advice from a doctor if you have any health defect. You will have to inform us beforehand.

Although you do not require any technical and physical training for this trek, we suggest you do basic physical training or keep up walking as a preparation since walking in the high elevation may be a bit difficult.
